Summary: We had a basement room. Nobody was taken care of breakfast. Not orange juice refill,no tortilla available

Summary: The staffs in fromt were very slow and uncaring. Looked tired and a kind of upset. Moreover, house keeper just throw away all my toothbrush, toothpaste, personal shampoo and lotion in the bathroom. I had to buy them all. Thru my 40+ years of traveling in the world I never experienced like this. Hard to believe.

Summary: A very old stone building very nicely renovated and modernized. Our room had small windows but the stone fireplace and old sink were gorgeous; the A/C worked great. We had the hotel breakfast one morning--it was fine, reasonable cost; but there are plenty of cafés nearby as well. Alda corp evidently runs several similar hotels in Santiago.

Summary: This was a very cute and clean hotel in Santiago. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and every person we encountered in the staff was helpful and nice. The location is very centric. Loved it!
